At Cashency.io, we provide digital products (AI prompts delivered by email). Please review our refund terms carefully before purchase.

1. Digital Goods Policy

• Once prompts are delivered, they are considered used and are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds are available only if:
• The product was not delivered.
• The wrong product was delivered.

2. Refund Request Process

• You must request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Requests must be submitted to contact@cashency.io with your order details.
• Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Exceptions

We cannot offer refunds in cases where:

• The product was delivered correctly.
• The digital content has already been accessed or downloaded.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancellation once delivery has started, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights for digital goods.
